Do you find yourself with dark circles no matter how much sleep you get? OK, so like you, I had always been under the assumption that lack of sleep, poor hydration or binge drinking – aka a typical weekend – all can cause the skin to become more pale, resulting in darkness around the eyes…but apparently, it’s not the main reason.
