What makes Circcell different from other luxury beauty brands?

Living at high altitude in a dry climate took a toll on my skin, and nothing on the market could meet the demands of mountain life, shifting seasons, and an active outdoor lifestyle. I applied my engineering mindset to develop one product, which eventually grew into a complete line. Today, we partner with leading skincare chemists and clean manufacturers in the U.S. to create high-performance, non-toxic formulas.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Circcell is proud to be cruelty-free. We never test on animals and this was non-negotiable from day one.
Are your formulas clean and non-toxic?

We formulate without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. We do not use artificial colors, scents or unnecessary fillers. Our formulas look and smell like what they are—they are honest. We've also committed to updating formulas when cleaner ingredient options become available.
What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our core line is formulated for all skin types. We are proud that many of our customers have sensitive skin and tell us 'this is the only line that works for me.' Those with acneic skin also find that our line works for them. We formulate to be universal.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin, or use during pregnancy?

Our high-performance formulas are great for sensitive skin, without compromising results. If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before use.
Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in the USA except for one patented technology that can only be manufactured in Germany. We do final assembly for this product in the USA.
Using the Products
In what order should I apply my products?

Cleanse, treat, moisturize. Go from lightest formulation to heaviest: toners first after cleansing, then lotions, then creams, then oils. Use sunscreen last. We recommend using oils as the last step of your evening routine.
How long until I see results?

Good skincare is a ritual, not a quick fix. Most people begin noticing a difference within the first week of consistent use. Some of our products like cleansers, toners, Insight Eye Mask and tools show immediate results.
Can I use Circcell with my existing routine or other brands' products?

Absolutely. Use the layering philosophy and our products will fit right in. We feel confident that over time you will replace most of the products in your current regimen with Circcell. When in doubt, introduce one new product at a time so you can see how your skin responds.
How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What's the shelf life once opened?

Most of our products are best used within 12 months of opening for optimal efficacy. You'll find the exact PAO symbol on each product's packaging.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the US.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to many countries. International orders may typically take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees.
How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return or exchange policy?

You have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Returned product must be new and unused. Please reach out to our concierge team at info@circcell.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We can cancel your order if you notify us before your order is shipped, typically one to two days after placing the order.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes, you can sign up for our loyalty program on our website. You will earn points for purchases and other events like following us on social media.

Do you offer samples before I commit to full size?

We give free samples with every order shipped. Occasionally, we sell travel kit sizes. These are great for trying our products on a small scale, and we know you will be back for more!

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-replenishment?

Yes, you can subscribe to your favorite products and save 10% - 20% on your order, with the flexibility to modify or cancel anytime from your account.
