General Shipping

All CIRCCELL orders are sent from the U.S. via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, except those to PO boxes which are sent via USPS. Orders placed before noon Central Standard Time (CST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after noon CST, or on weekends, are dispatched the next working day. Once we have shipped your order, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Orders arrive within 5-7 days of ship date.

United States

Free shipping on orders over $100

Canada

Orders to Canada with an order total of $200 CAD or more qualify for the free Economy International shipping rate. Free shipping applies to that economy rate only. For orders below $200 CAD, USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders incur customs duty where applicable.

China, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore

Calculated at checkout (orders incur customs duty where applicable)

Rest of World

Calculated at check out (orders incur customs duty where applicable)

 

Returns

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.  Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Returned product must be new and unused.
